Job summary

Trueanomalyinc is looking for a Staff Engine Performance Analyst who will be at the forefront of our propulsion development program. In this role, you'll build high-fidelity models of thruster systems and collaborate with designers to optimize hardware before physical production.

This is a unique chance to conduct critical analytical work for systems that will perform in extreme environments. A Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in propulsion systems are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in liquid rocket engine or thruster analysis.
• Familiarity with full thruster development process from concept to hardware qualification.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hardware engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated 1D engine/thruster cycle models to predict performance.
• Size injector elements and validate designs against performance targets.
• Perform stability assessments and recommend design mitigations.
