Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Communications and Space Policy Specialist at the Pentagon, Washington, DC. This position will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the organizations within the Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF), including CSO, COO, CHCO, CTIO, CSRO, and Director of Staff.

Responsibilities include supporting national-level strategy review and distribution, coordinating DAF-level events (Tempo: ~2–3/year, 80–120

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10–15 years in Space Operations or similar
• Experience in Space Policy, Planning or equivalent
• Strong writing and communication skills for senior leaders
• Experience in speech writing
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Requires TS/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Support review and distribution of national-level strategy, policy, and guidance documents
• Plan and execute DAF-level collaboration events (Tempo: 2–3/year, 80–120 attendees)
• Prepare senior-staff level communications, speeches, testimony, forums, and briefings
• Provide technical writing support for Space Force policy, standards and dashboards at multiple classification levels
