Job summary

Alumni Founders is seeking highly skilled firmware and flight software engineers to develop and maintain reliable software for spacecraft and satellite buses. You will own the full software lifecycle from requirements capture to flight operations support, working closely with hardware and mission teams in a high-stakes environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of spacecraft or safety-critical software experience, with strong C++ and RTOS capabilities

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle from requirements capture and design to testing, integration and flight operational support.
• Collaborate with hardware and mission-systems teams to ensure reliable flight software.
• Maintain and improve firmware and flight software for spacecraft and related systems.
