Job summary

Lunar Outpost is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to shape the future of lunar surface mobility. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, customers, and government entities to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or legal studies and at least 4+ years in contract administration, preferably in aerospace or tech startups. On-site in Golden, CO with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain contractual documents.
• Assist with contract negotiations with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and government entities.
• Review terms to identify risks and elevate issues.
• Coordinate contract implementation between Company and subcontractors.
• Maintain contract records and ensure compliance.
• Support contract administration across departments.
• Assist with government compliance documentation and reporting.
