Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials, Procurement, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in buying and sourcing Capital expenditures or test equipment in the Aerospace industry; space experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and MRP systems, ideally Acumatica.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and developing new suppliers for space applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year, cross-functional supply chain strategies for aerospace programs.
• Minimize total landed cost by managing supplier base and logistics.
• Facilitate cross-functional communications to drive optimized sourcing for new product development programs.
• Proactively identify and develop new suppliers for space applications.
• Manage procurement of capital expenditures or test equipment as part of product life cycles.
• Maintain highly organized, fast-paced program support.
