You will mentor junior team members, optimize processes with advanced tools, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. The role demands deep space planning and analytics proficiency, planograms/floorplans, and strong presentation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of experience with planograms or floorplans.
• Experience with analysis in a professional setting.
• Experience in merchandising is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client objectives, ensure best practices for space allocation and/or shelf placement, and deliver presentations and recommendations for assortment and space optimization solutions.
• Gather customer insights and competitive data to support business objectives. Interpret analytical results, draw conclusions, and deliver clear information across the business.
• Create and communicate merchandising presentations on strategies to enhance consumer shopping experience and support retailer meetings.
• Be the key business partner for merchandising on planogram/floorplans and space analytics.
• Manage spatial information workflows and analytics and propose process optimizations.
• May lead or support a team and ensure timely project completion.
