Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks a Sr Analyst Space and Assortment to lead complex space and assortment projects. You will collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders, oversee timelines, mentor junior staff, and drive best practices in space optimization and planogram analysis.

You will leverage your experience in merchandising, data analysis, and advanced tools to deliver strategic insights and recommendations that align with client objectives and improve store performance.

Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience: 4–6 years of experience with planograms or floorplans
Experience with analysis in a professional setting
Experience in merchandising is a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client objectives and deliver recommendations for space optimization and assortment.
Gather customer insights and competitive data to support business objectives and interpret analytical results.
Create merchandising presentations on strategies to enhance the shopping experience and support retailer meetings.
Serve as a key partner and advisor for merchandising on space planning/analytics and planogram/floorplans.
Maintain spatial information workflows and analytics and suggest process improvements.
May lead or support a team, ensuring project completion with minimal supervision.
