Job summary

Lexicon Solutions is seeking an experienced accounting professional to aid in building the SOX compliance program and contribute to SEC financial statements. Candidates should have a B.S. in Accounting and at least five years in the field, including SOX compliant experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. This role is essential for our ongoing ERP implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in an accounting-related field, with three years in a SOX compliant organization.
• Experience with a public accounting firm is preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building SOX compliance program for ERP implementation.
• Coordinate with IT on the ITAC/ITGC testing program.
• Analyze the Company’s financial statements for SEC filings.
