Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Sr Sourcing Specialist to join its Global Procurement team in Rensselaer, NY.

The role covers end-to-end category management, strategy development, sourcing plan execution and value optimization in collaboration with vendors and business leaders. On-site, Monday through Friday, you will drive cost savings, lead RFPs and negotiations, maintain contracts, and ensure supplier quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned categories end to end, from category strategy development through sourcing plan execution
• Develops sourcing specifications, requirements, and scopes of work to support strategic sourcing initiatives
• Conducts data gathering and supports spend analytics to deliver measurable cost savings and monitor savings against contracts
• Builds and sustains relationships with key category vendors and business stakeholders, driving continuous vendor improvement and performance accountability
• Leads multiple projects within budget and on time, aligning with business leaders on their needs
• Leads category supplier relationships and sourcing opportunities, including RFPs and negotiations
• Manages contracts, agreements, and addendums to ensure valid contracts are in place and continuous value is realized
• Owns category spend savings targets while ensuring supplier quality and service that support efficient business operations
