Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Senior Manager to lead direct materials sourcing and cost transformation initiatives. You will guide multi-workstream projects, advise clients on strategy, and drive AI-enabled procurement solutions across Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.

The role requires deep experience in cost reduction, governance, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced client environment, with travel as needed. Recruiting ends 12/31/2026.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting, industry, or combined experience.
• 5+ years of experience in direct materials spend analytics, RFP and strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
• 8+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects for sourcing and procurement engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing and category strategy design, solution configuration, deployment, testing, and knowledge management
• Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, actionable insights, and total cost of ownership and should-cost models
• Leading multiple workstreams and onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment
• Supporting transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled sourcing technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua
• Conducting value chain and supply chain mapping, product teardown, and value analysis/value engineering activities to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities
• Building client stakeholder relationships, presenting recommendations to executives, and directing teams to support delivery and client satisfaction
