As a Senior Solutions Architect Manager, you’ll lead managers and technical professionals responsible for complex, data-intensive solutions while remaining close enough to the technology to review T-SQL, troubleshoot performance issues, guide technical decisions, and contribute hands-on when needed. This is **not a pure people-management position**. We’re looking for an established technical manager with recent T-SQL experience who can provide credible technical leadership while managing people, projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships. David identified recent T-SQL experience, management experience, and strong communication as the three primary requirements. ## What You’ll Do* Lead, coach, and develop managers and technical professionals responsible for complex data-driven solutions.* Remain technically engaged by **reviewing SQL/T-SQL code, answering technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and contributing hands-on when needed**.* Provide guidance around SQL Server development, query tuning, database performance, and solution design.* Work with extremely large and complex datasets.
