NVIDIA seeks a highly technical Solution Architect to act as a forward‑deployed liaison among NVIDIA’s Partner Network, internal teams, and enterprise customers. You will support planning, development, and deployment of large-scale AI factories based on NVIDIA reference designs, mentoring partners and accelerating adoption.

You will embed with customer teams to bridge solution development, implementation, and post‑deployment optimization, ensuring reliability, scalability and cost‑effectiveness

Qualifications

Want to join a team that’s revolutionizing the field of AI with data center scale solutions? We are seeking a highly technical Solution Architect to serve as a forward‑deployed technical liaison between NVIDIA’s Partner Network (NPN), NVIDIA’s internal teams, and enterprise customers. In this role, your focus will be to support customers and partners in the areas of planning, development, and deployment of large‑scale AI factories based on NVIDIA's reference designs. Acting as a trusted advisor embedded with customer and partner teams, you will bridge solution development, implementation enablement, and post‑deployment optimization to accelerate AI factory adoption!

What You Will Be Doing

• AI Factory deployment planning: Collaborate with NVIDIA product, engineering and partners teams to understand NVIDIA’s reference architecture for AI Factory infrastructure. Support customers and partners in quickly implementing this architecture into sophisticated and reliable data center builds.
• Building process capabilities: Collaborate across the org to build processes, partner relationships and workflows to deliver and deploy large AI factories at speed of light (SOL).
• Build and oversight: Review and appraise customers' and partners' installation plans, including all point‑to‑point cabling assignments, hardware compatibility verification, and BOM reviews, verifying their compliance with NVIDIA reference architecture. Delivering mentorship, expertise and suggestions to optimize performance, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Review the operational efficiency, reliability, and readiness of data center and hardware elements before initiating AI/HPC cluster deployments. Design and apply detailed audit plans and conduct pre‑deployment audits to detect possible problems, risks, and improvement areas.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and make quality assurance processes to ensure that deployments meet established specifications and performance benchmarks.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop partner‑facing playbooks, deployment guides, and guideline documentation specific to AI factory implementations using NVIDIA reference builds.
• Technical Enablement and Knowledge Transfer: Provide hands‑on mentorship to partners on deploying NVIDIA AI factory; conduct workshops and develop runbooks to build partners expertise.
• Internal Liaison & Feedback Loop: Serve as the representative of the customer/partner within NVIDIA, conveying field insights, deployment challenges, and optimization opportunities to NVIDIA internal and product engineering teams to support the seamless integration of data center infrastructure solutions.

What We Need To See

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree or equivalent experience, relevant certifications, or comparable experience.
• We need an expert professional with a background in multiple aspects of infrastructure delivery, preferably of hyperscale data centers. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience, preferably in high‑density AI/HPC data centers.
• Proven technical expertise in data center systems and operations—power distribution, liquid cooling, rack/server chassis, and cabling.
• Effective communication at both on‑ground implementation as well as executive levels, internally and with customers and partners.
• Coordination & Time Management – proficient at planning and scheduling tasks related to the job to accomplish objectives within or ahead of designated time frames.
• Able to travel (25%).

• Experience in hyperscale data center rollout, operational procedures, safety, and security protocols.
• Strong grasp of the entire data center Infrastructure stack.
• Strong channel sales and services knowledge and partner co‑selling experience
• Ability to learn quickly and tackle sophisticated problems.

This role embodies the forward‑deployed engineer approach: you will spend significant time embedded with customer and partner technical teams. You will move fluidly between field deployments and internal NVIDIA teamwork. Your success is measured by the successful deployment and optimization of AI factories that enable customers and partners to achieve their AI ambitions. You will also provide critical feedback to refine NVIDIA’s reference architectures and partner enablement programs!

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
