Job summary

SAIC's QVine team seeks a senior Solutions Architect to bridge engineering excellence with customer engagement. Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Senior Technical Consultant role.
• Demonstrated experience producing CONOPS, technical proposals, or similar operational planning documents.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite and mission stakeholders.
• Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales technical roles with a track record of supporting successful engagements.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, compute, and storage concepts in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team and leadership in customer-facing meetings, discovery sessions, and technical demonstrations.
• Gather requirements and produce CONOPS documents that articulate proposed solutions and workflows.
• Architect end-to-end technical solutions tailored to customer environments and objectives.
• Build and deliver live demos and proof-of-concept environments.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle and address technical questions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
• Produce architecture diagrams, integration plans, CONOPS, and white papers.
