Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for Agentic AI—Safety and Security to guide partner engagements from discovery to production readiness and scale. You will design architectures that emphasize safety, policy enforcement, and confidential deployment patterns while collaborating with enterprise and security stakeholders.

Qualificações

• BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/ML, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in engineering, solutions architecture, applied ML, enterprise software, or technical deployment.
• Experience leading AI, ML, distributed systems, or enterprise software projects from prototype to production.
• Hands-on experience building LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like environments.
• Depth in AI/LLM security, enterprise cybersecurity, trust and safety, or confidential computing.
• Strong Python and Linux skills, with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, Agentic AI — Safety and Security to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will guide strategic partner engagements focused on moving agentic AI solutions from discovery through production readiness and scale. You will work across enterprise, security, and technical stakeholders to design practical architectures that emphasize safety, policy enforcement, and confidential deployment patterns. The position blends hands‑on solution design with partner enablement, helping external teams bring secure AI systems into production.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,000 – $287,500 annually
