NVIDIA is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the NVEX team in Santa Clara to support enterprise customers using GPU-accelerated platforms (DGX, HGX, MGX). You will triage hardware and AI/ML workloads, work with engineering to reproduce issues, and help develop tools using Linux, C/C++, and Python.
Applicants should have a BS in Computer or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years on multi-GPU systems, and experience with Docker/Kubernetes/Slurm.

The NVIDIA Experience (NVEX) Solutions Engineering team seeks a solution engineer with experience in customer support of NVIDIA’s GPU accelerated platforms including DGX, HGX and MGX! You will apply the latest AI technologies to triage customer issues, identify solutions, and keep customers delighted. You must demonstrate outstanding analytical thinking and possess strong interpersonal abilities to contribute to multiple projects and tasks. You will be working directly with customers to get them solutions on the latest NVIDIA platforms including the GB200 and GB300. We are looking for an experienced engineer to triage customers’ hardware platform issues and AI/ML workloads in huge datacenters of rack-scale platforms, solve customer problems, and contribute to products and software tooling. You must have excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills and be able to handle various assignments and responsibilities. You must be technically strong in Linux, have solid programming skills, and experience with multi-GPU platforms. Expertise analyzing performance of distributed GPU-accelerated workloads is a plus. AI is not optional here. It is foundational, applied thoughtfully for all solution engineering workflows including solving customer cases and developing software, both products and internal tools.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD for Level 3, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
