Your Impact: Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
• Guide agents to support delivery
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly, teaching complex concepts and applying prescriptive thinking across various levels of a client organization
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas and drive issues to complete resolution
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners
• Review and adjust project direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable
• Drive a program vision and articulate program/project strategies to enable technologies including the Salesforce platform

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies
• 3+ years experience in Consumer Goods with practical CG cloud experience and understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management
• Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform
• Experience delivering agentic delivery with AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.)
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape and delivering comprehensive solutions
• Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed designs
• Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow tools, UML, and sequence diagrams
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate rationale to various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and technologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop materials suitable for diverse audiences
• Team player with experience in large-scale/enterprise implementations involving multiple work streams
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate with people in diverse roles
• Resourceful and innovative thinker who can solve problems
• Travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative discipline; equivalent work experience considered
• Proven results delivering high-value outcomes using agile approaches
• Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories
• Relevant Salesforce certifications & Accreditations (CG Cloud, REX Accreditation)
• Consulting experience is strongly recommended
