Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and implement scalable technical solutions that align with business goals. You will lead cross-functional discussions, translate requirements into architectures, and produce architectural docs and specs.

You will evaluate technologies, guide engineering teams, and promote best practices across projects. This full-remote role offers flexible hours, a strong USD-based compensation, and exposure to global, Top 1% talent.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in solution or software architecture.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and design principles.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English language skills.
