Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to translate business initiatives into scalable enterprise application designs and technical roadmaps. The role is primarily design-focused and will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to define solutions for enterprise projects. Candidates with strong senior-level Java development experience may also be considered, provided they have experience collaborating with architects, can demonstrate strong communication skills, and can clearly explain complex technical concepts and past project decisions to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design enterprise application architectures aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
• Produce technical specifications, solution diagrams, architecture documentation, and design artifacts.
• Define and promote development standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
• Evaluate integration requirements, system dependencies, interfaces, and architectural impacts.
• Review technical implementations and provide architectural oversight and guidance to development teams.
• Lead and facilitate technical design discussions with architects, developers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Support project planning activities in collaboration with delivery leadership.
