Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Solution Architect to translate business requirements into technical realities and shape the architecture of solutions that align with client goals. You will evaluate solution architectures, coordinate junior colleagues, and interact with clients daily, potentially leading client workstreams.

You will work within EY’s Advisory practice, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results in a hybrid environment that values innovation and client service.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years’ consulting experience is required.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream, Tagetik).
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into value-add solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Backgrounds including: Management reporting, Long Range planning, Strategic planning, Capital planning, Implementation consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project delivery and tracking status.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams as needed.
• Support sales activities and maintain engagement economics.
