bloXroute Labs is seeking a Software Engineer to support the Solana platform within its high-performance Blockchain Distribution Network. You will work closely with engineers to enhance products and services, focusing on speed, scalability, and MEV-enabled tooling.

The role requires deep Solana experience, backend design expertise, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in blockchain with 2+ years focused on Solana (Raydium, JITO, AMMs) and MEV knowledge.
• Over 5 years experience designing, testing, and implementing scalable backend systems.
• Multiple Solana programs written in Solana native programming.
• Proficient in Golang languages.
• Skilled in reading and modifying blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm).
• Creative, independent, and collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the performance of the BDN by enhancing speed through innovations aligned with the blockchain protocol, network infrastructure, and consensus model.
• Architect, develop, and maintain the Solana blockchain platform using Solana native.
• Innovate and design solutions that capitalize on the swift data flow within the blockchain distribution network.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading and maintaining the core code of Solana and related tooling.
• Engineer Geyser plugins to enhance functionality and broaden system capabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in blockchain technology.
