Job summary
The University of Chicago is seeking a Senior Software in Test in Chicago, IL. You will lead testing efforts, design and implement tests for web apps, APIs, and backend services, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of software testing experience.
- Experience designing and executing tests for web apps, APIs and backends.
- Experience with automated regression testing and test case development.
Responsibilities
- Perform priority testing tasks and ensure timely delivery with quality.
- Provide technical mentorship and onboarding support.
- Participate in design discussions and evaluate testing approaches.
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day technical issues with standard procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for development programs.
- Contribute to hiring process and provide interview feedback.
