Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Test Engineer to validate end-to-end workflows across Salesforce, SAP, and cloud platforms in a Raleigh setting. You will create and maintain Validation Plans, Test Protocols, and evidence packages while documenting defects and data integrity issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality requirements, supporting validation strategies in healthcare or medical device contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience validating data flow, business processes, and workflows across multiple integrated systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, AWS/cloud platforms, and connected enterprise applications.
• Strong background in creating validation documentation such as Validation Plans, Test Protocols, and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Experience in regulated environments, especially healthcare or medical device industries, is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end workflows and business processes across integrated enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Create and maintain validation documentation including Validation Plans, Test Protocols, and Validation Evidence Packages.
• Identify and document defects, data integrity issues, and process deviations for continuous improvement.
