Job summary

RAVE Aerospace LLC in Wyoming seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to guide mid-sized engineering programs from planning through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery while mitigating risks and addressing complex challenges.

The role requires 6–10 years in technical project management, a background in electronic systems, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic systems: boards, mechanical parts, cables, software.

• Lead project planning for mid-sized projects; oversee execution and resolve moderate issues.

• Develop comprehensive project documentation; proactively adjust schedules as needed.
• Lead resource planning for medium projects; resolve allocation conflicts.
• Optimize project management tool usage for team efficiency; train others on advanced features.
