Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Software & Systems Engineer SME who will act as the technical authority across domains such as embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, network integration, or mission critical software. You will oversee the SDLC from requirements to deployment, delivering complete software solutions.

You will lead design across data layer to UI, craft APIs, ensure cloud readiness and security compliance, and drive integration with partner systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering the design and development of software applications.
• Experience in designing across data layer to user interface and API development.
• Proficiency with Python, Java, SQL, JavaScript, HTML.
• Experience with databases and data formats (SQL, DynamoDB, JSON, XML, R).
• Containerization experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining unit test scripts.
• Experience building APIs and web services for system integrations.
• Strong collaboration and leadership in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implement all levels of the solution: data layer, application code, UI; deliver APIs and integrations.
• Architect for optimal use of enterprise cloud infrastructure and security requirements.
• Lead technical integration efforts with partner organizations.
