Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum of 8 years related experience.
• Applies functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.
• Judgment to select methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for results.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts.
• Perform routine professional activities early in career and contribute to and manage projects mid-career.
• Provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise and drive business results.
• Lead cooperative efforts among project team members and work independently with guidance.
• Frequently lead sub-functional teams or projects and mentor junior team members.
• Serve as a best practice resource within own area of work.
