Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software quality engineering, test automation, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Kubernetes experience: cluster setup, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Ansible for infra automation.
• CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
• Containerization with Docker or similar tooling.
• Scripting in Python or Bash.
• Defect tracking and root cause analysis proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test coverage integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and/or GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, validate, and troubleshoot workloads across Kubernetes clusters.
• Write and maintain Ansible playbooks for infrastructure automation and deployment.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, test strategy, and release criteria.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; lead root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and release readiness assessments.
• Mentor engineers on testing practices and quality engineering.
