• 4+ years of software development experience in OO and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, C++, Perl, Python, Ruby).
• 2+ years leading teams on software development activities.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation.
• Experience with Linux/Unix administration and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience troubleshooting Docker-based distributed systems and improving reliability through automation and operations.
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
• Commitment to security, resilience, and continuous improvement.
• Education: B.S./M.S. in CS/CE/IS (or equivalent) with related back-end experience; or 8+ years in lieu of degree.
