Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related QA or technical experience.
• Experience in the Agile software development process.
• Experience in query languages such as SQL to execute data-driven testing.

Responsibilities

• Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements.
• Test new software to ensure functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual/exploratory test cases, and document defects clearly.
• Identify and execute automation for common test cases.
• Collaborate with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha, and beta testing.
• Ensure system tests are completed and documented; resolve issues.
• May develop QA policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead others who perform essentially the same work.
