• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.

• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own software development and quality end to end for your area.
• Set technical direction and work with engineers to architect strong, scalable designs.
• Hire, develop, and mentor engineers and engineering managers.
• Drive execution against plans and deliver committed results.
