Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of work experience or a relevant degree in CS/engineering.

• Experience in ideation phases of large-scale initiatives, Disney Parks and Experiences emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team contributors and business partners.
• Design and enforce software features focused on efficiency, scalability, and stability.
• Lead engineers through code reviews, mentorship, and comments.
• Participate or lead design decisions and provide technical solutions.
• Own the complete software development lifecycle of modules.
• Write well-tested, maintainable code.
• Review code against style guidelines with emphasis on testability and performance.
• Contribute to architecture and design documentation.
• Triage production issues, debug, monitor, and resolve incidents.
• Identify and propose improvements to the engineering environment and recurring issues.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define and advocate best practices to improve scalability, performance, and availability in alignment with business goals.
