Job summary

DCCA in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and deliver mission-critical software. You will collaborate with software and systems developers to meet stringent requirements and tests, operating in agile or waterfall environments.

The role requires deep expertise in Java and UNIX/Linux, plus strong problem-solving and mentoring skills to guide junior programmer analysts. A TS/SCI with Poly clearance is preferred; a bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required;

Qualifications

• Requires at least 10 years of software development or engineering experience, including requirements analysis, integration, testing, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Also requires at least six years developing with a high-level language such as Java, four years developing for UNIX/Linux (Red Hat), and a TS/SCI with Poly clearance; a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technology field is specified.
