You will join a digital product development and engineering organization made up of cross-functional, self-organized teams with the skills and ownership needed to deliver meaningful parts of our products. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, business analysts, designers, and other stakeholders across a global organization. Our product, Unified Trial Solutions (UTS), is a digital clinical trial solution designed to simplify the clinical trial experience for participants and help digitize the way clinical trials are conducted. The broader platform includes patient-facing web and mobile applications, web portals, medical device integrations, content management, application configuration, and integrations with other clinical systems.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, testing, and evolving patient-facing applications within the UTS platform. This is a hands‑on engineering role with a strong focus on React or React Native and TypeScript, alongside development in Node.js for backend‑for‑frontend and configuration services. You will work across web and mobile experiences and contribute to software that operates as part of a larger, highly integrated clinical trial ecosystem.
Beyond writing code, you will be expected to take ownership of technical problems, contribute to engineering decisions, collaborate closely with product and design partners, and mentor other engineers. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, learning from mistakes, and continuously improving both your own work and the way the team develops software.
We are also building an AI‑driven engineering culture. We expect our engineers to actively incorporate modern AI development tools into their workflows and identify opportunities to improve engineering speed, quality, testing, and problem‑solving through AI.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $127,352.00 - $167,149.50 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition, our positions offer a short‑term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity‑based long‑term incentive program. Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
