Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, document, maintain, and enhance complex software systems for federal government customers. The role emphasizes Unix/Linux, scripting, open source and GOTS/OSS considerations, and integration with Atlassian tooling.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph required.
• Master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline with 5+ years of SWE experience, in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with 7+ years of SWE experience, in programs of similar scope.
• Nine years of SWE experience in similar contracts is acceptable in lieu of degrees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to derive software design and performance specs.
• Develop, test, and maintain software components and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including system engineers and mission customers.
• Lead software development teams as appropriate within project constraints.
• Develop and execute test procedures for software components.
