Job summary

Captivation Software seeks a senior software engineer to develop, sustain, and troubleshoot the project software suite. You’ll integrate with COTS, GOTS, and FOSS components, implementing, testing, and aligning with mission needs.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance, a CS degree with several years of SWE experience, and strong Linux/Python/Rust skills. The role emphasizes modern containers, CI/CD, and IaC in a security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Top Secret/SCI clearance with favorable polygraph and be a U.S. citizen.
• MS in CS or related field with 5+ years SWE exp in similar contracts.
• BS in CS or related field with 7+ years SWE exp in similar scope.
• 9+ years of SWE experience in related programs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sustain, and troubleshoot the project software suite.
• Integrate with COTS, GOTS, and FOSS products and libraries.
• Develop, test, and deploy software across Linux environments.
• Collaborate on architecture with teams and support mission needs.
