Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on software for weapon systems, including requirements translation, design reviews, testing, and contractor risk assessments.

Candidates should have an active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access, 10+ years in DoD or DoD contractors, and hands-on software development experience. Travel up to 10% CONUS may be required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP access
• Master's or Bachelor's in engineering with DoD experience
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years
• Recent hands‑on software development or analysis
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS

Responsabilités

• Develop software engineering strategies for weapon systems
• Translate user requirements into system requirements
• Assess DoD contractor software deliveries
• Analyze software performance deficiencies and propose fixes
• Audit DoD contractor software configuration and quality accreditation
• Evaluate contractor design changes and perform trade‑off studies
• Review system design, architecture, interoperability
• Evaluate test plans and participate in testing
• Support development and review of program documentation
• Conduct technical evaluations of contractor proposals
• Perform technical risk assessments and mitigation
