Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Manufacturing Test to design and implement automated test software for Windows and Linux platforms. You will work with cloud data integration, authentication features, and deployment tooling to streamline product validation across land, sea, and air systems.

The role emphasizes automation, performance analysis, and collaboration with end users to deliver robust tooling while maintaining high security standards.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Python software development.
• Experience with low-level code and device libraries/drivers.
• CI/CD and DevOps automation for app deployment/testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• Experience collaborating with Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineers.
• Experience in automated unit/integration/system testing.
• Proficient with Git version control.
• Willingness to travel to Costa Mesa HQ (25–50%).
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop desktop applications for Windows and Linux.
• Integrate cloud data and deployment features with secure auth.
• Create Python automation scripts for debugging and prototyping.
• Triage issues, identify root causes, and coordinate next steps.
• Translate user needs into features while balancing UX and engineering constraints.
