Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer with a Top-Secret/SCI clearance to grow within a technically strong, growth‑oriented company. You will design, develop, and integrate complex software systems, lead teams, and optimize performance across data-intensive analytics and real-time processing environments.

The position requires fourteen years of SWE experience, a CS degree, and CS/engineering backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Clearance: Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph required; cannot be sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Design, code, test, and debug software to add features or improve performance.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems or environments.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance and functional standards.
• Oversee software development teams and ensure adherence to process constraints.
