Job summary

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Analyst to join the Group Operations Technology team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development or systems analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Java, REST APIs, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL and NoSQL, Relational DB.
• Experience with MVC architecture and multi-tier application design.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (like AWS, AZURE).
• Perform QA activities including unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Group Operations Technology team. Primary Responsibilities

Salary Range: $95,170.00 - $156,355.00 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
