Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software development experience, SaaS or cloud-based
• Experience with large-scale, highly available systems
• Security-focused design and implementation
• Observability (logs, metrics, traces) to monitor production
• Experience selecting and integrating 3rd party components
• CI/CD with automated testing and deployment pipelines
• Agile methodologies and practice
• Experience with feature toggles and release strategies
• Contract-first design and API integration

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers
• Lead architecture decisions and system design for subsystems
• Design scalable, high-performance software solutions
• Own code quality through reviews and optimization
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation
