Role Overview

As the Tech/Team Lead, you will manage and lead a development pod, blending technical leadership with managerial duties. You'll set the technical vision, oversee daily activities, enforce standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals.This is a full time role working directly with our client.

Your team includes a BA/QA Co-Lead, QA staff, and Full Stack Developers. The company utilizes various technologies like APIs, automation, web apps, and real-time processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development pod
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding, architecture, and schema standards
• Instill a culture of technical excellence and manage the pod's workflow
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers on complex challenges and implementations
• Oversee architectural decisions and evolve the product's technical vision
• Lead schema design efforts focused on performance, scalability, and security
• Work closely with the QA/BA Co-Lead to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Mentor team members and support their professional growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience with full software stack ownership and accountability
• Prior experience managing and providing technical guidance to teams
• Proficient in C# .NET 6.0 - 8.0 and T-SQL schema/query optimization
