You will mentor others, drive code quality, and shape architecture with Product and QA partners. This hybrid role is based in Sandy Springs, GA, with a focus on scalable, reliable backend systems.

You will work across pods, own critical components, and report to technology leadership, contributing to observability, testing, and robust production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex, multi-component systems in production.
• Deep expertise in backend development and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multi-component features or services guiding system design.
• Trade off speed, scalability, and cost with maintainability in mind.
• Lead by example to maintain code quality, testing, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Product and QA early to shape solutions.
