The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT and 5+ years on the Salesforce/Force.com platform, including VisualForce, Apex, and CPQ integrations. You will lead design sessions, ensure code quality, and mentor junior consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce/Force.com experience.
• Experience with Visualforce, Apex classes/controllers, and Apex Triggers.
• Familiarity with Web Services development and Salesforce API (REST/SOAP).
• Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Understanding of integrations and ETL with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with CPQ integrations to downstream systems such as ERP or billing.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
• Provide detailed estimates of effort from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the technical delivery of Salesforce.com implementations, including custom solutions and integrations.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ product catalog, pricing rules, and quote templates.
• Support the migration from Salesforce CPQ to Logik.ai, including requirements analysis and testing.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to create scalable CPQ solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior technical consultants.
