Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking engineers for its CAD Infrastructure team to design a next-generation software platform for semiconductor development. The role involves building modular, automated data pipelines and GUI tools in C++ and Python, with cross-functional collaboration across VLSI and architecture teams.

You will contribute from architecture through implementation, applying graph neural network concepts at a large scale to advance semiconductor workflows and enable the next era of computing.

• Exposure to ML or agentic tooling, particularly LLM‑based code generation.
• Familiarity with EDA or VLSI build environments.
• Experience exposing software toolchains to AI agents or building developer‑facing AI interfaces.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $136,000 - $218,500 USD (Level 3) or $168,000 - $264,500 USD (Level 4), based on location, experience and comparable positions.
• Eligibility for equity and benefits.
