Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns in building scalable, highly available systems.
• Experience with modern programming languages and web technologies including Java, Python, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and write engineering specifications and code adhering to standards.
• Explore and implement technical solutions to achieve required features while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and assist in sprint planning and execution.
• Create and refine stories, DoD, acceptance criteria, and task updates in RTC or Jira.
• Monitor production progress and report issues to lead developers regularly.
• Mentor junior engineers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
