What you'll do
  • Collaborate with government partners and other technology leaders to architect and design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that meet current and future business needs
  • Lead the architectural design of Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and technical excellence
  • Define and enforce governance policies, security best practices, and scalability principles
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems via APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and event-driven architectures
  • Provide guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
  • Review technical documentation, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality
  • Define best practices and standards for Salesforce development, integration, and deployment processes
  • Implement automation strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and testing frameworks for Salesforce applications
  • Work in an agile manner to efficiently ship new features that meet user needs
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems and investigate issues when they occur
  • Take part in hiring activities (e.g., submitting referrals, conducting interviews, and attending interview debriefs), as neededCoach and mentor junior team members

Compensation

$153,000 - $171,000 USD

All roles at Nava require the following: Legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to meet any other requirements for government contracts for which candidates are hired Work authorization that doesn't require visa sponsorship, now or in the future May be subject to a government background check or security clearance, depending on the contract
