Job summary

The expected salary range is $77,280 to $143,520 based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Bioinformatics or IT support functions.
• Good ability to work independently and present technical work.
• Experience in reading and debugging code.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex software complaints for sequencing and pathology products.
• Manage the entire case lifecycle from creation to resolution.
• Act as a senior technical expert for case resolution.
