Job summary

Eliassen Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering to design scalable test strategies and automation for the Core IAM ecosystem across business units. The role embeds testing in CI/CD and partners with engineering, product and data teams to drive reliable delivery and continuous quality improvements.

This hybrid role is onsite in Orlando, with a W2 arrangement and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience developing and implementing software testing best practices.
• Test automation and scripting experience, ideally Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with AI/ML testing tools such as TensorFlow Model Analysis, MLflow, or PyTest.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with testing metrics, reporting, risk assessment, and mitigation.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, data scientists, and technical leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with geographically dispersed teams.
• Preferred: 5+ years with SDLC tools including Jira, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, and Confluence.
• Preferred: 2+ years with IAM systems.
• Preferred: Disney IAM services such as MyID, AuthZ, or Keystone.
• Preferred: Experience handling sensitive data including COPPA, PCI, PII, and Safe Harbor.
• Preferred: Backend development exposure in Java, Go, or .NET.

Our client seeks a Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering to support the Core IAM ecosystem across diverse business units. The role will design and implement scalable test strategies and automation for complex, data-driven, and predictive systems, embed testing in CI/CD, and partner closely with engineering, product, and data teams to drive reliable delivery and continuous quality improvement.
