Job summary

Ruxlo is seeking a senior QA-focused software engineer to establish automated testing across the stack, from data pipelines to AI-driven features, with a strong emphasis on quality as code and integration into CI/CD. The role combines software engineering with a QA mindset to automate away manual testing and set scalable patterns for the team.

Qualifications

Deep hands-on experience building automated tests at unit, integration, and end-to-end levels.
Formal QA experience with a tester's instinct across full stack (integration, data, backend, web/mobile).
QA as code: tests and infrastructure live in version control and are maintainable.

Responsibilities

Build the safety net from zero by establishing meaningful automated coverage and testing patterns.
Automate every layer: test data pipelines, API/services, and end-to-end flows for web and mobile.
Test AI features with evals and automated checks for non-deterministic systems.
Wire quality into CI/CD by making tests automated release gates and fast to run.
Set testing standards and patterns the team will adopt as it scales.
