Scale AI in Washington state seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems and distributed architectures for Federal customers.
You will own the full feature lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment on classified networks, and drive AI-enabled workflows with agent orchestration and model serving. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
