The Public Sector software engineers (SWEs) create core product building blocks used by forward‑deployed teams to develop agentic capabilities that function across multiple domains. SWEs build systems that ingest and process federal datasets to support real‑time decision‑making in contested environments.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development of a vertical feature or a horizontal capability, defining requirements with stakeholders and implementing the solution until it is accepted.
Compensation packages for eligible roles include a base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary ranges shown below are the minimum and maximum targets for new hires. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process based on location and other factors.
